Word of the Day: Decamp

This word is incredibly accurate to my internal monologues today.

decamp“I use fiction to decamp from reality and sometimes get caught.”

Decamp – verb

1) to leave a place suddenly and secretly

2) to break up a camp

3)  to depart suddenly : Abscond
