“Words, words, words.”
The right words are hard to form at times, and yet so easily spilled out of our mouths or across a page. So many writers drown their livers in alcohol in search of the perfect words. It takes work and patience and awareness, maybe – dare I say it – even skill, to use words to communicate ideas. It’s modern-day magic, forming images in someone’s mind using just words, like some organic binary code. Ones and zeroes replaced with nouns and verbs.
Add some coffee, that magic cafeinated elixir, and maybe, just maybe, those hard-to-reach words will rush by a little faster.
That’s how it works for me anyway. 😉
